Affinity: Centrum’s Reward Program

Free to any real estate agent, The Affinity Reward Program is Centrum Properties’ exclusive broker reward program. Members start receiving program benefits after their first sale at any one of our properties. We reward our loyal cooperating real estate agents for selling in the Centrum family of developments.
It’s a tiered program with 4 levels of membership:
Active: 1-5 units (program perks)
Earning: 6-15 units (+1% additional commission)
Executive: 16-49 units (+2% additional commission)
Platinum: 50+ units (+2% additional commission & $100,000)
Within Affinity’s first year, more than 1,000 agents have joined the program and have started reaping its benefits. The program was such a success, in fact, that our own Jennifer Arons, Senior VP of Centrum’s Sales and Marketing, was featured in the Chicago Agent Magzine’s June issue to talk about it. It is the agents, however, that are the most happy with the program:
