I recently spoke with Jacki Schwartz, a Centrum employee who purchased a loft at No. Ten Lofts. Working in the real estate industry, her decision to live there really says something about the building and about the quality of both the construction and the lifestyle offered.
Jacki’s been living at No. Ten Lofts for about a year and had plenty to tell me about the great amenities it has to offer. She says,
The owner’s club isn’t just something that looked good in the brochure but no one uses. I’m in there all the time.
For example, she took advantage of the screening room by reserving it for 10 of her friends to watch the season finale of the Sopranos. These common areas provide for a sense of community that Jackie has never felt anywhere else she’s lived. “The Club is a great place to hang out and be social. People are always playing pool and using the barbecue to entertain guests. There’s a bar, a kitchen, and a huge plasma screen TV”, Jackie adds. There’s also a great work out room the she’s a regular at that offers yoga and pilates classes.
When looking for a place to live, Jackie knew exactly what she wanted: a dog friendly building in a great neighborhood with impressive amenities. No. Ten proved to be the perfect fit.
