If you frequent this blog, it’s likely you’ve heard about many of Centrum’s impressive new developments. However, it must be noted that our innovation in the industry could not have been established without the help of several, top-notch third parties. As you recently learned, Linn-Mathes plays a large role in our continued success, acting as the general contractor for the current CityFront Plaza project, in addition to past projects The Montgomery and Domain.
Today I’d like to focus attention on Hirsch Associates, the architect for Centrum’s outstanding Chicago developments, The Roosevelt Collection and The Lakeview Collection, as well as our Tennessee project, Jameson Station. Hirsch is able to fluidly push Centrum’s design concepts into tangible form, and that’s what keeps us coming back to them. Additionally, we know they show a strong commitment to innovative, sound design and these are two qualities that are of the utmost importance to us.
The sleek and fresh composition they created in The Roosevelt Collection, gained it recognition from New Homes Magazine as the city’s “Best New Mid-rise” for 2007. We are confident this development will receive continued press as it comes to life over the next couple years.
Hirsch Associates was founded in 1994 and since then it has grown to include twenty-five of Chicago’s top architects. President Howard Hirsch is often recognized for his prominence in the industry, as exhibited this August when he was called on to judge the 2007 Masonry Institute of Iowa Design Awards Competition.
We realize that Hirsch Associates holds an elite position in their industry and we are excited to continue our long, trusted relationship with them.
