CHICAGO—Centrum Properties today announced its new Vice President of Development as Vic Pildes. Pildes will be responsible for large-scale development management at The Roosevelt Collection.
With a graduate degree in architecture from the University of Michigan, he brings over 25 years of industry experience to Centrum’s team. Previous to his new position, Pildes was a Vice President of Development for Westfield.
Centrum Properties has been named a Builder 100 company. It is based in Chicago and was founded in 1980. In addition to creating innovative residential spaces nation-wide, Centrum has developed major commercial spaces like 600 West, a 1.5 million square foot state-of-the-art office and technology project. Roosevelt Collection, a mixed-use development with over one million square feet of lifestyle retail, is currently under construction.
