Centrum Hires New Site Development Manager

Centrum has recently hired Doug Ehens as it’s new Site Development Manager.

Ehens brings 13 years of construction management and land entitlement experience to his new position. Prior to joining Centrum’s team, Doug served as Corporate Development Manager for Atwell–Hicks, LLC and Senior Land Development Manager for Toll Brothers, Inc.

As Site Development Manager, Ehens will take the lead on two of Centrum’s newest projects: The Fields of Woodstock - a 706 unit community in suburban Woodstock, and Seven Oaks - a 295 unit community in suburban Marengo.
