Centrum Properties Announces New Director of Construction

CHICAGO-Centrum Properties today announced Mitchell Rausch as Director of Construction. Rausch’s employment was effective as of September 15.

Prior to his position at Centrum, Rausch was a project manager at Bovis Lend Lease in Chicago. He is 40 years old.

Centrum Properties has been named a Builder 100 company. It is based in Chicago and was founded in 1980. In addition to creating innovative residential spaces nation-wide, Centrum has developed major commercial spaces like 600 West, a 1.5 million square foot state-of-the-art office and technology project.
