Centrum Sells 20% of all Condos in Chicago for August

I’m pleased to report that 1/5 of all homes in Chicago were purchased at Centrum developments this August. This seems particularly notable given the housing slump the media has raved about over the past few months.
Much of the sales that allowed us to take such a substantial chunk of Chicago’s market came from the newest tower at the CityFront Plaza project.
The Saint Clair is the second tower in the CityFront Plaza. The building houses an indoor lap pool with state-of-the-art exercise facility, locker rooms with sauna and yoga studio, covered dog run, private theater and a business center. In addition, owners are granted membership into the exclusive St. Clair Club, which features a great-room for mingling with neighbors and a continental breakfast each morning. Each condo is outfitted with European kitchen appliances, generous ceiling heights, floor to ceiling windows and wood flooring.
