Dave and Amy Wilson are among the growing number of empty nesters purchasing homes at the CityFront Plaza in Streeterville. Both Dave and Amy believe that living in the Streeterville area puts them in the midst of Chicago’s best offerings. The couple purchased three units in total; two in The Fairbanks and one in The St. Clair. Since they have a large family, they felt it would be beneficial for them to own multiple units. “This will be a second residence, like a vacation home for all of us,” Amy said.
The CityFront plaza condos certainly make for great vacation residences with various cultural institutions surrounding the area, as well as impressive architecture and world class shopping. The highlights include The Museum of Contemporary Art, The 900 North Michigan Shops, Navy Pier and Chicago’s Shakespeare Theater. In addition, the residences are a short walk from the Ohio Street Beach and the 18-mile stretch of lakefront path for walking, running and biking.
