The name for Jamison Station derives from Jamison Bedding Station, a company which in 1929 remained to be the last tenant of The Factory at Franklin. The factory complex was renovated in the late 1990s by Calvin Lehew and today the 11 buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The goal of Centrum has been to expand upon Lehew’s developmental rehab, and to preserve an industrial design concept while at the same time reflecting luxury living.
