In an effort to gear up for new phases of Roosevelt Collection development, Centrum partner Sol Barket took the project’s team yachting on Lake Michigan.
The Roosevelt Collection is a mixed-use development with over one million square feet of lifestyle retail and luxury residences. Highlighted features include a state-of-the-art multiplex theater, and three-acre park that will play host to citywide events throughout the year.
