Sales Surpass Halfway-Mark at The Roosevelt Collection

The Roosevelt Collection today announced that more than half of its 342 modern loft units have sold, despite less than desirable market conditions.
“Walsh Construction, our general contractor, has done an incredible job by completing construction on the foundation and three-level garage; which acts as a base for the retail boulevard,” said John McLinden, partner at Centrum. Walsh is currently pressing forward to finish the retail floors in the project, in addition to several residential floors in the east building.
Upon completion, the development will feature a 43-story condominium building, (in addition to the loft units) over 40 high-end retailers, and a landscaped park. The park is intended to play host to art fairs, farmer’s markets and concerts.
