As reward for the grueling, sub-artic climate we put up with for more than half the year, the city of Chicago offers us some of the nation’s finest in outdoor festivals and concerts come summer-time. As a Chicagoan of many years, I can attest that the anticipation of endless art-fairs and music-fests for three sweet months has gotten me through many glacial winter days.

Further, I can’t help but notice the perfect proximity of The Fairbanks at CityFront Plaza and The Lofts at Lakeview Collection to some of Chicago’s BEST summer happenings.
