Our experience began two years ago when we were greeted by an energetic and knowledgeable sales person – Shannon Kelly. We were assisted in picking out a unit that fit our needs and our budget. We found it comforting that many of the people developing and selling the Fairbanks Tower had purchased units themselves.
During the construction phase, the Sales Office & Staff were always available to answer any of our questions. The Model and Design Room were likewise available to help us make choices for our own unit. The Design Team was helpful in selecting everything from floor to ceiling. Once our Unit was complete, we were invited for our inspection and a punch list was generated to correct any flaws that we saw. Our closing went smoothly and we had the keys to our unit immediately.
The building location offers the privacy of upper Illinois Street along with easy access to various Chicago attractions. Having guests for the first time this weekend also made us feel that we made the right choice. The compliments on the door staff, the beauty of the lobby and the quality of our unit confirmed for us that the Fairbanks Tower at City Front Plaza is the place to be!
